Return & Refund Policy

At TamoudaStudio, every piece is handcrafted to order in our studio in Morocco. Because of the made-to-order nature of our work, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Items 

All TamoudaStudio pieces are made to order and are considered final sale. As each piece is individually handcrafted upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a claim, please contact us at m.bouhjir@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days at m.bouhjir@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund. TamoudaStudio covers return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no charge. After 48 hours, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds 

Once a refund is approved, you will be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
